http://www.foodnut.com.au/services.htm

I have enquired about an assessment with an accredited dietitian!
Thumbs up

Perhaps it is something you all might be interested in?

I take it back, they lure you in with a free assessment and then tell you it is only 15 minutes but for $100+ you can have a REAL one.

I'm a vegetarian, but because I eat only particular greens, I feel I'm missing out on some nutrients and vitamins. Noticing this, I've been trying to drop a couple of pounds. But I think that my body is refusing to let go of weight because I'm lacking certain nutrients and vitamins. Is there any way for me to obtain a vitamin/nutrient that is healthy for me and weight-loss friendly?
